Complexul este foarte curat, minunat amenajat, mai ales pentru familii cu copii, mancarea traditionala deosebita, iar oamenii prietenosi si ospitalieri. In legatura cu restrictiile impuse de prevenirea raspandirii virusului, am apreciat recomandarile clare, argumentate, ferme si totodata politicoase transmise turistilor. In perioada actuala nu se intra in camere pt curatenie, tot ca masura de preventie, turistii solicita expres la receptie daca vor la un moment dat acest serviciu. altfel, doar se ridica zilnic gunoiul.

astepti mult pana sa ti se aduca la masa comanda, dar totul este proapat si gustos, asa incat pana la urma noi am considerat ca merita si am luat acest aspect ca atare.

Poti face drumetii, sunt mai multe puncte de interes in zona- Castelul Bran, Castelul Groazei, complexul in sine este o locatie frumoasa si placut de explorat, iar in apropiere este Rasnov, unde sunt alte cateva atractii de vizitat.

am sarbatorit la sfarsitul lui septembrie 2020 ,40 de ani de la terminarea facultatii am fost peste 100 de colegi cat si partenerii lor de viata.a fost minunat din toate punctele de vedere,curatenie,mancare,amabilitate a personalului,amplasament hotel etc.Recomand fara nici o ezitare pentru cei care vor sa se simpta bine.

Ne-am simtit minunat. Personalul de la hotel este super ok (receptie, cameriste, ospatari). Mancarea este buna la mic dejun inclus - bufet suedez. Mancarea este foarte buna servita a la carte. apreciem discutiile cu ospatarul, fiica mea cea mica (5 ani) l-a imbratisat, ii era drag (si noua :) ). Piscine interioare curate. Cu siguranta ne vom intoarce.

Camera excelenta, personal ireproabil, servicii de nota 10 din 10.merita din plin sa alegi acest hotel.

am acordat o nota mai mica serviciilor deoarece am asteptat 2 zile pentru a primi halate pentru piscina. De asemenea, piscina ar avea nevoie de o mica reamenajare. am acordat o nota mai mica mancarii, deoarece aparatul de dozare sucuri, foloseste apa cu substante la plic. ar fi nemaipomenit niste sucuri naturale.

Camere spatioase, locuri de parcare destule (au si afara, nu trebuie sa te inghesui ca "desteptul" in curte). Restaurant ok, mancare buna, personal amabil. Recomand.

Camere foarte mari si spatioase

Hotelul s-a deteriorat f tare tavanul de la piscina este vazut Becurile din piscina sunt scoase din lacasul lor si atarna cu firele in apa. F f periculos Curatenie facuta de mantuiala si mocheta plina de pete. Pacat ca odata, era bej. Fotoliile din camera au sezutul rupt iar tapiteria extrem de jegoasa iar pledul ornamental, ce acopera partial patul, in zona picioarelor, mai bine nu l-ar mai pune. Este foarte jegos. De ce mai puneti asa ceva pe pat, peste o lenjerie, care se vede, curata Nu va inteleg! Pacat! Mare pacat pt un hotel frumos, care a fost. Eu am fost de 5 ori, dar acum e deplorabil.

Nu ti se ofera posibilitatea sa-ti alegi hotelul sau vila sa in care sa fii cazat sau macar sa ti se spuna dinainte in corpuri mai sunt camere libere. toate au acelasi pret ceea ce nu este echitabil. Servirea la restaurant cam lasa de dorit.

Curtea are o gradina frumoasa, mini zoo cu multe pasari, loc de joaca pt copii, piscina exterioara, teren de tenis (contra cost), un lac cu multi pesti. Micul dejun este ok. Raport calitate-pret este bun, mai ales cand vremea este frumoasa si poti sta in curte, din punctul meu de vedere. Mancarea din restaurant este bunicica, dar sa nu va asteptati la ceva extraordinar.

apa din piscina interioara si din jacuzzi are o temperatura de 27-30 grade, cand e frig avem nevoie de putin mai mult totusi. am prins un weekend racoros si nu prea era caldura in camere.
